Community rules
These rules apply everywhere NATION runs: this site, the Discord server and playtests.
1. Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats or targeted abuse. Disagree with ideas, not people.
2. Keep it safe for everyone
No sexual content, gore, or content that is illegal where NATION operates. Keep usernames and avatars clean.
3. No spam or self-promotion
No unsolicited advertising, referral links, scams, crypto/NFT promotion or mass pings. Share your own content only where staff allow it.
4. One person, one account
Do not share accounts, evade bans or link someone else's Discord. Alt accounts used to dodge moderation are removed.
5. Use the right channel
Bugs go to bug reports, support questions to tickets, teammates to LFG. Security issues go through a SECURITY ticket, never a public channel.
6. Protect privacy
Do not post personal information about anyone, including screenshots of private conversations, without consent.
7. Playtest confidentiality
Builds, bugs and footage from closed playtests stay private until staff say otherwise.
8. Follow staff direction
Moderators act on these rules. Appeals go through a MODERATION_APPEAL ticket and are reviewed by a different staff member.
Enforcement ranges from a warning to a permanent ban depending on severity and history. To appeal, open a support ticket with the category MODERATION_APPEAL.
